i reluctanly tried this recipe. I reasoned that it would be very salty,,well I was right. Miso Paste has a ton of salt,and adding soy sauce just made it even more salty. I don`t get it, do people like salt that much?

Miso is a Japanese fermented soy bean paste. Generally you can find it places like China town or something like that. And I don’t think it’s something that you can make well at home..
